Teaches: Pole

Kate first started pole at UWE in 2021. She loved the pole so much that she reinstated the pole society as its president in 2022. Whilst at uni, Kate completed her Beginner’s Pole qualification and began teaching sessions on campus.

As an ex-performer, Kate loves the theatrics she can display through pole and hard-style dancing, including kips, flips and drops.

Her love of human biology brings an anatomical aspect to class to help students visualise their muscle movements during her sessions.

Kate is currently only qualified to teach beginner’s pole, but she hopes to expand into intermediate teaching very soon!
