Jenny started Pole dancing in 2012 with a free Spin City taster class and has called Spin City her Pole home ever since.

Having never danced or been at all gymnastic as a child she finds pole a great way to challenge herself, build fitness and be creative. Her signature moves are basically any position she can do a body wave.

In the past Jenny has competed and in 2020 placed 1st in the Southern Pole Championships Advance category.

If you take part in a class with her expect lots of encouragement, fun and a warm and friendly atmosphere. Her aim is to make exercise enjoyable and help you reach your pole goals. Currently qualified to teach beginners to early intermediates.

Amy williams
With 18 years of experience as a pole dancer, I have dedicated my life to mastering the blend of strength, grace, and flexibility that this art form requires. I am very proud to be part of a team with a renowned training company, where I hold the title of Xpert Elite Trainer for Xpert.

Throughout my career, I have participated in numerous competitions, showcasing my skills and passion for pole dancing. Notable events include the UK Pole Dance Championships (UKPPC), Miss Pole Dance, and Dance Filthy, where I have continually challenged myself and refined my artistry. Most recently, I had the honor of being part of the opening show for Pole Theatre 2025, an experience that further fueled my passion for performance and community in the pole dancing world.

My journey is not just about competition; it is also deeply rooted in a love for teaching and a commitment to helping others overcome posture and flexibility challenges. I believe that understanding proper alignment and technique is crucial for every person, and I am dedicated to guiding each individual toward achieving their full potential.

My personal journey took a remarkable turn when I embraced motherhood for the second time during the COVID-19 pandemic. Navigating the challenges of pregnancy and rebuilding my strength from the ground up has given me a unique perspective on resilience—both physical and mental. This experience has deepened my empathy for others on their own journeys and strengthened my desire to support them.

Teaches: Beginner pole

Three years into their pole journey, Em (they/them) wants to inspire new polers to take the plunge and try this incredible sport and art. Knowing the importance of a safer space for queer people in dance, their classes are for queer people and allies to come as they are and express themselves. Everyone and all genders are welcome.
