If you asked Sarah in 2011 to do a forwards roll or even touch her toes, she would have laughed and then cowered in the corner. Having proudly never attended a single PE lesson, it’s surprising that Sarah agreed to be dragged to a pole fitness class during her post-graduate degree in 2011. Since then however, Sarah has fallen in love with the art, the people and the community and subsequently developed a particular passion for flexibility training.
Sarah has performed pole in numerous competitions and shows, and has been a member of the organisation team for Pole World Festival since 2016. She hopes to show that it is never too late to start learning new skills and loves helping people achieve their goals. Aside from teaching, Sarah is a full-time lawyer, avid reader, sun worshipper and can be bribed with red wine.
Jess has been pole dancing since 2004 when she tried it for the first time and became immediately hooked! She won her first regional competition in 2011 and has been involved in the industry ever since.
After subsequently returning to pole from a few years off after her daughter, she has now graduated into teaching which has inspired her to share my passion with new people.

Ana's journey as a professional aerial performer and teacher started after moving to the Uk from Spain, where she grew up. In 2004 she saw a breathtaking aerial show and she knew that she wanted to become an aerialist. In 2007 she had completed a three year full time circus course in Bristol, specializing in aerial. Straight after she joined a traditional circus tour in North India for a year, and she has never looked back.
She has since broadened her skills in the air with No Fit State circus, the UK's leading large-scale contemporary circus company, with which she worked as an aerial instructor for several years. Ana has also worked as an aerial instructor and choreographer for the Bollywood productions at Kingdom of Dreams, Delhi, India.
Ana currently performs across the UK at weddings, festivals, private and corporate events. She is also a keen flamenco student and enjoys merging dance movements into her routines, working on good lines and taking special care in the transitions between all big tricks. She also loves teaching and performing doubles hoop, so come and join her upside down fun classes!
